I cooked my first thanksgiving dinner yesterday for my in-laws. I think it turned out ok, no one got sick anyway, who knew turkeys were that complicated?
They seriously are, aren't they? So much time at so many degrees for so many pounds until it gets to a certain temperature. Sheesh! It's a wonder anyone does it!
But, bird is tasty! And it smells sooo good while it’s cooking!
