Long Drive

Dad was feeling better, but since it snowed this morning and might rain tomorrow, we decided it would be best if he sat this one out.

Mom and I got started just a little later than we wanted to, but made really good time. We didn't hit any of the traffic I was expecting, especially near Richmond. The snow on the mountains looked beautiful.

It still may rain tomorrow, but we're going to the Maple festival anyway. I still think it will be very fun, even if the weather isn't so nice. Maple syrup! Yum!
