Yesterday, I hit that very special spot on my right elbow that is funny to everyone witnessing but not to you when you're experiencing it. I banged into the metal plate on the frame with such force that it jolted me to the wrist and sent me to the floor in tears. I must have hit it just right because my arm is all kind of pain from my fingers to my shoulder and neck.
Sweet ibuprofen, help me sleep.
