We just got back from a meeting that was all about where OBC is now in the current economic crisis and what the company has to do to keep us afloat.

What they have to do is a 5% pay cut across the board, and no more 401k match. I'm still young, so I can deal without the match in my retirement plan for now, but I'm already struggling to keep bills paid.
