My bedtime is 2100, so I can get plenty of sleep to wake up at 0400. In the morning, I exercise, wash, make breakfast and lunch, and am out the door by 0545 to be at work by 0700. It is a very specific schedule that needs to be upheld!
You can understand that when I go to bed at 2200 or later, my mornings are pretty rotten. Well, I'm up past bedtime tonight, and I was last night too. I predict I won't be waking up to exercise in the morning. On the bright side, since I started my diet on May 1st, I've lost 7 lbs! =D
