Ok, everyone remembers how I and a couple of my co-workers were chided for talking about other employees (except that we really didn't do such a thing!), right?
It has now been brought to our attention that my supervisor (we'll say Rud is the name) has been doing just that! Rud has spoken about employees in the department that Rud does not like, in earshot of some of these employees (guess what, I'm one of them on the list, but haven't heard these words myself).
I find it ironic that our supervisor doesn't like the people who do most of the work, are reliable, and do what is asked of them without complaint.
I think this might be a sign of worse things to come....
